Customer Service Team Lead for Cycling Industry

We are a dynamic cycling company looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. This is a contract position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cycling.
Job Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information, technical support, and assistance with product selection.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Oversee the processing of orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and diplomacy.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of cycling products and terminology.
- Previous experience in customer service management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
