Job Summary:

The Electroencephalographic Technician performs neurodiagnostic procedures according to the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists guidelines. This role is responsible for test set up, electrode application, and maintaining patient safety during clinically significant events.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs neurodiagnostic procedures according to established guidelines
  • Ensures patient safety during procedures
  • Provides findings, results, and descriptive analysis according to facility policy and procedures
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this position

Requirements:

  • BLS Certification
  • Registered EEG Technologist
  • At least one year of experience
  • Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred

Work Environment:

This role is a full-time position with a 12-hour day shift and rotating weekend shifts. The work location is Saint Petersburg, FL.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $22.34 per hour - $35.75 per hour, commensurate with equity and experience.
