Account Setup Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Setup Coordinator to join our team at BCforward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of products and services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient implementation of customer products and services.
- Resolve issues related to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers, and/or legal staff where applicable.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
