Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at WestCare Inc. This role will provide administrative support to the supervising clinical counselor, coordinate programmatic meetings, and maintain filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the supervising clinical counselor, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and typing reports.
- Coordinate and prepare for designated programmatic meetings, including meeting announcements, agendas, and recording minutes.
- Maintain filing systems for administrative files and other relevant documents.
- Review and distribute incoming mail addressed to the program and administrative staff.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a secretarial position, preferably in a social service setting.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
The work is primarily performed in an institutional setting.
