We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential by providing personalized care and support.
Job Summary:
This is a dynamic opportunity for a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on educating, empowering, and engaging patients to improve their functional abilities and overall quality of life.
About the Role:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate programs that promote patient engagement and motivation through various educational, sensorimotor, social, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals from diverse disciplines to evaluate team goals and establish realistic treatment objectives.
- Develop and administer effective treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes, using data-driven insights to inform future interventions.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid state license and meet all relevant state education requirements.
- Demonstrate 1-2 years of recent experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, preferably in a similar setting.
- Show a proven ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
