Compensation Package

As a Luxury Sales Experience Specialist, you can expect a competitive annual earnings potential of $60-120k+, with a base salary plus commission and bonus structure.

Our paid new hire training program will provide you with the expertise you need to succeed in this role, with up to six months of comprehensive training.

 

Job Description

As a Luxury Sales Experience Specialist, you will create luxurious and inviting spaces for homes and businesses utilizing the most innovative products and services available. You will build relationships with your customers to determine which solutions meet their needs, continuously fostering a personalized sales experience to establish a lasting rapport and potential contact in the future.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferred; Military Veterans encouraged to apply
  • 5+ years of experience in commission-based sales, preferably in retail, direct, or B2B sales
  • Strong product knowledge, including system/room design, A/V products, whole home automation, security systems, lighting, outdoor entertainment spaces, and more
  • Excellent project management skills, with full front-to-back oversight of customer projects and experience managing a book of business
  • Consistency and organization with daily activities, strong time management skills
  • Initiative to drive both personal and organizational goals, leadership skills
  • Ability to promote the company value proposition and cultivate existing and new client relations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactively seeking new business opportunities
  • Effective problem-solving skills, handling rejection and creating unique customer outcomes
