Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician III to join our team at WellSpan Philhaven in Mount Gretna, PA. As a key member of our behavioral health services team, you will be responsible for facilitating a stable and smooth operation of the program, providing therapeutic interventions, and performing various client care, case management, and administrative functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, such as social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, or activity therapies
  • 1 year of behavioral health experience or 1 year of social science experience
  • Basic Life Support certification upon hire
  • Driver's license upon hire
