Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our workforce development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our mission and vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or closely related field of study
  • Operational leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years professional experience organizing, planning, and developing programs and services at a management level
  • Senior level management experience managing multiple departments/functions/teams, with direct responsibility to executive leadership or a board of directors
  • Fiscal / financial management experience, operational oversight, and experience managing grants and/or contracts
  • Proven ability to manage contractual relationships
