Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Oncology team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As an Oncology Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cancer, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in oncology nursing and treatment modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Prior experience working in oncology or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and paid time off.
