Director of Collegiate Sport Management

North Greenville University seeks a highly qualified and dedicated Director of Collegiate Sport Management to join its esteemed faculty. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of sports industry professionals through teaching, advising, and service.

This is a 9-month, full-time position with classes taught in person on the Tigerville campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate sport management courses, developing curriculum to reflect current industry trends, and mentoring students.

• Teach 12 credit hours per semester, consisting of a variety of undergraduate sport management courses.
• Develop and update curriculum to incorporate experiential learning opportunities and reflect current industry trends.
• Maintain office hours, mentor, and advise students.
• Participate in faculty meetings, serve on university committees, and participate in campus events.
• Develop professionally through reading, practice, scholarship, and formal instruction.
• Be involved in service to the profession, the community, and the Church.
• Model genuine Christian faith in and beyond the classroom.

• An earned doctorate in Sport Management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence at the collegiate level.
• Industry experience in sport management or related areas.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to integrate biblical faith in the teaching discipline.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
