Host - Tacoma Region

Mad Anthony's Inc is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Host to join our team in the Tacoma Region. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greets guests upon arrival and escorts them to their table, providing menus and wine lists as needed.
- Maximizes guest seating and table turns, ensuring a seamless flow of the restaurant.
- Manages special seating requests and relays messages to servers as necessary.
- Answers telephone calls, provides directions, and takes reservations and messages.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous lead host experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Excellent guest relations skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Mad Anthony's Inc offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.28, plus tips. Full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance, an HSA account, and a 401k plan with an annual discretionary match. Additionally, employees can enroll in dental, vision, and pet insurance, as well as participate in the company's scholarship program and meal discounts.
