Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at VI Living, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist licensed care staff in performing clinical and technical tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide light housekeeping services, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Assist with dining and tray services, ensuring residents receive their meals in a timely and respectful manner
Perform vital signs and weights, monitoring residents' health and well-being
Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services

Requirements:

Current state certification as a CNA
Prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications required
Current First Aid certification required or willingness to become certified
Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification
Basic computer skills or ability to learn
