We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Cortez, CO, and the surrounding areas. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones.

Position Description/Qualifications:

Full-time and Part-time CNA positions available, providing home health and hospice care to patients in their homes. Competitive pay rates and a comprehensive benefits package, including mileage reimbursement, equipment stipend, and work phone/charting device.

Requirements:

  • Current CNA license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in an EMR charting program

Requirements:

Must have successfully completed a training and competency evaluation program that is approved by the respective state as meeting all requirements and listed in good standing in the state nurse registry. At least 18 years of age, ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given, self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision, empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired, possess and maintains current CPR certification, demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene, and licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements and is in good working order.
