The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and a deep understanding of the QSR industry, including its dynamics and emerging trends. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.

This role involves:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define customer requirements and align solutions with customer needs;
  • Developing and delivering customer training and change management programs;
  • Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with our product team;
  • Tracking and reporting on customer metrics, such as satisfaction, churn rate, and renewal rate;
  • Staying updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
