SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $25 per hour, with flexible scheduling options available including day, night, and weekend shifts. Additionally, you'll have access to premium pay, exclusive benefits, and unparalleled customer service.
Job DescriptionThis Certified Nursing Assistant opportunity involves assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide nursing functions as directed by your supervisor, including daily perennial care, catheter care, and observing and reporting any changes in resident conditions.
You will be responsible for preparing patients for meals and snacks, identifying food arrangements, and assisting with feeding as needed. Maintaining resident confidentiality, treating patients with kindness, dignity, and respect are essential responsibilities of this role.
Additional duties include assisting with the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, inventorying resident possessions, and reporting any defective equipment to administration. Understanding and using Universal Precautions and following established safety rules are also crucial aspects of this position.
You will attend and participate in orientation, training, educational activities, and staffing meetings as requested. Participating in training and education of staff as requested is also an important part of this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be eligible for this position, you must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or be license eligible in the state of employment. You must also be eligible to work in the United States.
