Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the profitability and smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Process guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• Manage cash handling and maintain a secure and organized cash drawer
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Perform nightly balancing of in-room video and long-distance telephone services
• Perform express checkout folios and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with Front Desk Supervisor, General Manager, and desk staff to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain a safe and clean facility, adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to learn and operate a cash register and perform basic office tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
