Lead Pediatric Psychology Specialist

OU Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide direct clinical services in pediatric psychology and behavioral sleep medicine. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with physicians and other professionals, and participate in academic opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide pediatric psychology services focusing on behavioral sleep medicine and various health conditions.
  • Collaborate in developing medical treatment plans and providing psychosocial assessments.
  • Offer brief interventions as part of medical treatment plans, including CBT-I, CPAP desensitization, and sleep study preparation.
  • Participate in team rounds, didactics, and meetings.
  • Supervise psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral residents.
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
  • Licensed as a Psychologist or license eligible in Oklahoma.
  • Desirable: specialized training in behavioral sleep medicine, fellowship in pediatric psychology, experience in integrated pediatric healthcare settings, and research or program development.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k), medical and dental plans, and more. With an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000, this role offers a competitive compensation package.
