Job Overview

Mastech Digital is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and repairing electromechanical systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, and repair electromechanical equipment, including PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and instrumentation.
  • Perform calibration on critical equipment such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, pH meters, and flow meters to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including FDA and cGMP.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customer personnel on proper equipment use, troubleshooting, and basic calibration techniques.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, calibration records, and documentation for regulatory audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering and production teams to resolve equipment malfunctions and optimize system performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel frequently to client sites.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
