Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a professional, trained, and motivated staff
- Deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model
- Lead staff to achieve goals in marketing, resident care, culinary services, activities, maintenance, and community relations
Requirements:
- Minimum two-year degree in business, geriatrics, health care, human services, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of progressive management experience, including at least two years of management in the senior living industry
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000/year
- Credit for experience will be given
- Full-time employee benefits, including PTO, holiday pay, health insurance, and more
