About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Digital Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Digital Supply Chain customers to ensure their success with our solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and digital transformation.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth, developing and implementing account strategies to drive business results.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, services, or solution/product management, with a focus on supply chain management and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, digital transformation, and business development strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
