About the Role
AAR is seeking an experienced Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) supervisor to lead our team of skilled technicians in performing heavy maintenance tasks on aircraft.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training, holding an A&P License. Your strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will enable you to effectively supervise up to 15 mechanics and ensure high-quality standards are met.

About the Job
This role involves:

  • Establishing work priorities and supervising the work of up to 15 mechanics.
  • Insuring work performed adheres to high quality standards.
  • Able to perform heavy maintenance tasks without supervision.
  • Able to perform any type of aircraft rigging.
  • Able to use FAA approved data i.e., IPC, M M, OHM, SRM proficiently.
  • Effectively interacting with customer representatives.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
