About the Job
This position involves leading a team of mechanics in maintaining and repairing diesel fleet equipment, including tractors and trailers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel equipment
- Lead a team of mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Perform road rescue duties as needed

Requirements
- 3 years of commercial diesel mechanic experience or 2 years with refrigeration certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
