Job Description

Entegee is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency and productivity improvements in our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will analyze and optimize our production methods to enhance overall performance and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and optimize workspace layout and equipment placement to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with design and planning teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Engage with vendors to procure equipment and services that support our manufacturing goals.
  • Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Consult with management to facilitate the implementation of process improvements and automation strategies.
  • Apply statistical methods to forecast manufacturing requirements and optimize resource allocation.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline production and improve quality.
  • Lead or participate in Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track process optimization and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Manage manufacturing projects, including scheduling and budgeting, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless production operations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate personnel on new processes and technologies.

Compensation: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
