Server Representative

Job Summary:

Abita Roasting Company is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answer questions about the menu and food, making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Sell the restaurant's food and drinks, and process payments accurately.
• Communicate orders with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Seat customers and ensure their needs are met throughout their meal.
• Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
