About the Role

AeroRepair Corp is seeking a highly skilled Aviation MRO Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Londonderry facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with production, sales, and distribution of products
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
  • Work with quality procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Review sales, operational metrics, and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement
  • Manage and improve workflow through constraint and bottleneck processes
  • Manage personnel and provide leadership to achieve operational goals, including staffing requirements, interviewing, hiring, and cross-training
  • Perform shop floor optimization, lean improvements, and ensure conflict resolution to drive profitable growth
  • Cooperate with other management to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and human power
  • Preemptively identify negative trends and work to achieve win-win solutions with other management
  • Effectively address customer concerns and obtain solutions
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations management
  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant License
  • Certified under FAA Part 65
  • Knowledge of a general technical field such as engineering, contracts administration, or program management
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers and MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
