Fire Sprinkler System Designer and Project Coordinator

Job Description

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $83,200-$104,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Fire Sprinkler System Designer and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing fire sprinkler systems using CAD equipment and software
  • Managing projects from start to finish, including purchasing materials, generating RFIs, and preparing project schedules
  • Collaborating with field personnel, AHJs, customers, sales reps, and field superintendents to ensure successful project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of design/drafting techniques and fire sprinkler terminology
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Fire Sprinkler Design software (e.g. AutoSprings, HydraCAD)
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
