About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at The Hilldrup Companies. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect, network, and establish strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
  3. Manage the customer sales cycle, ensuring that all aspects of our services are delivered as promised.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales, and/or business.
  • Five to seven years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the moving or furniture industries.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomous work.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
