Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store activities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training and motivation of all store personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, suggesting merchandise purchases, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Operate the cash register and other store equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid damage or spoilage.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and health department regulations.
  • Enforce all security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions.
  • Present a neat and clean appearance and wear the required dress code.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
