Hostess Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and attentive Hostess Coordinator to join our team at Los Dos Potrillos. This individual will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring seamless table management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seating charts and optimize table utilization
• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Communicate delays or special requests to the dining room staff
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand and surrounding area
• Assist with phone reservations and take messages as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in hospitality a plus
