In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with dealerships and dealer groups in the Great Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your network to build a book of business and identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of each dealership's unique challenges and how our products and services can address them
  • Manage a significant opportunity pipeline to ensure success and regional growth
  • Source and develop client referrals to drive sales growth
  • Partner with the Performance Management team to ensure customers are properly developed and cared for
  • Be accountable for delivering on commitments and hitting targets
  • Communicate openly and be receptive to ideas
  • Contribute to product development and share your expertise
Requirements:
  • Proven sales success and a strong track record of achievement
  • Tech savvy and marketing savvy, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry
  • 1 year of experience working in a dealership in the retail automotive industry, or in the vendor space with experience working with dealers and dealer groups
  • Finance Manager experience or experience working with software and digital solutions are definite assets
