About the Role

Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians to meet departmental short-term objectives and achieve long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and management capabilities to implement customer-focused processes and improvements in cost reduction, quality, safety, and asset ROI.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Supervisory management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Two to three years of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and procedures.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various maintenance disciplines, such as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and have the organizational skills necessary to do so.
  • Ability to be proactive in problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
