Job Summary

NEXPERA is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager to join our team in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining various site and corporate health, safety, and environmental programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, with experience in developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

About the Role

This position will involve:

  • Developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and training programs;
  • Conducting regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Providing EHS support and guidance to employees and management;
  • Collaborating with site management to develop and implement EHS initiatives and projects;
  • Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to EHS excellence and a passion for driving continuous improvement in our workplace safety culture.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science);
  • 5-10 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial setting;
  • CSP certification or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NEXPERA offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
