Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer-focused laboratory work, including paint and panel preparation, customer correlation, and record-keeping.
  • Analyze project results and work with supervisors to establish a path forward.
  • Contribute to internal and external problem-solving, utilize product loading charts, and engage in occasional direct customer contact.
  • Apply knowledge of coatings chemistry to generate consistent test/evaluation panels and learn key customer application methods.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as required.
  • Strong work ethic, minimal supervision, and adaptability to priority shifts.
