Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at MAXZAIN. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling medical products and services in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and establish relationships with key medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Product Education: Educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of the products and services, effectively conveying medical information.
  • Marketing Support: Participate in marketing activities such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and developments in the medical field.
  • Material Development: Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in medical sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A valid UAE driving license (Mandatory) and knowledge of the local market.
  • Skillset: Excellent negotiation and sales skills, ability to effectively communicate complex information, demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
