Supervisor of Non-Destructive Testing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, NDT to join our team at General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of NDT professionals and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the evaluation of materials, components, and systems.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of NDT professionals in the evaluation of materials, components, and systems
* Develop and implement NDT procedures and protocols
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
* Provide training and guidance to team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Science, Engineering)
* 3-5 years of experience in NDT, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of NDT principles and techniques
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
