Eagle Care LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for screening and evaluating patients to determine their skilled therapy needs, developing initial and ongoing care plans, and implementing physical therapy services in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited school of physical therapy, a valid Indiana therapy license, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
