Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $20.50 per hour, with a competitive compensation range of $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle all sleep-related matters, including sleep study referrals, obtaining sleep study reports, and responding to patient inquiries.
  • This role involves processing sleep tasks from providers and staff, scheduling sleep studies, contacting patients and insurance companies, and monitoring incoming sleep faxes.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a medical office or customer service setting is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will possess proficient computer skills, including the ability to master practice management software.
  • Candidates must demonstrate consistent professional conduct, meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
