New Home Sales Consultant

M/I Homes is a leading homebuilder with over 40 years of experience in building new homes of outstanding quality and superior design. As a New Home Consultant, you will play a crucial role in making new home sales by demonstrating product features, designs, and benefits to potential homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage sales generation by utilizing corporate marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and realtor relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for home buyers from initial meeting through home closing.
- Tour and demonstrate model homes to potential buyers.
- Generate excitement by identifying needs of potential home buyers and matching related solutions.
- Build confidence with potential home buyers by selling features and benefits of M/I Homes product and experience.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent in specialized training from a two-year college or technical school combined with at least one year of relevant course study and one to five years of related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of housing market in geographical locations.
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to selling techniques and potential homebuyer issues.
