Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership roles as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
