About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and principled chiropractor to join our team full-time in Carmel, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a chiropractor at our practice, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Performing initial exams and re-exams, taking and reviewing diagnostic imaging/X-rays, evaluating findings, and determining diagnoses
  • Developing and preparing appropriate treatment plans, educating patients on diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre- and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches, and exercises
  • Treatment including chiropractic care, adjustments (manual and arthrostim), rehab, and various therapies and modalities
  • Documentation and charting, working cooperatively with the team, CA's, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Leading new practice members through our onboarding process, patient follow-up to ensure treatment goals are being met, and reassessments
  • Attending training seminars, occasional weekend event coverage

Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Active Chiropractic license in IN

Working Conditions and Compensation
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70k-$80k plus bonus compensation, fully compensated training seminars, malpractice insurance, CEUs covered by the office, supportive staff, health insurance compensation after 90 days of employment, and PTO. We have a dynamic team and offer unlimited growth potential and possibility of ownership.
