The successful candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics and gynecology, with experience in managing a busy clinic or hospital setting. **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide medical leadership and direction to the Obstetrics and Gynecology team

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and adherence to best practices

**Requirements**

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:

• A valid medical license to practice in the United States

• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership and management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
