Logistics Executive with Strategic Vision

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to lead our integrated Logistics capability, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across Danone US. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in supply chain management, logistics optimization, and team leadership to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operating plans that balance cost and service, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers and consumers.
- Lead day-to-day operations, building a strategic framework, roadmap, and network to support long-term growth ambitions of Danone North America.
- Own all Logistics spend across Transportation, Distribution, and Fulfillment, implementing processes, KPIs, and scorecards to drive functional accountability and deliver results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change and compromise with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing high-value projects and allocating resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Logistics, ideally within Consumer Products, with deep supply chain knowledge and proficiency in inventory control, transportation, and distribution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic experience and thinking to optimize supply chains and drive efficiencies.
- Experience developing and managing interpersonal relationships, influencing senior leadership decisions, and negotiating change and compromise with multiple levels of stakeholders.
