Panera Bread Baker Position

The estimated salary for this position is $15-$18 per hour, with the potential for quarterly increases based on performance. Additionally, eligible team members receive free meals on shifts, competitive pay, and paid vacation & holidays for full-time team members.

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Baker. As a Baker at Panera, your primary responsibility will be to bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day. You will also be responsible for maintaining our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients. Other tasks may include performing stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for baking. Additionally, you should be committed to food safety and health safety, and be at least 18 years of age. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters and can meet goals with limited supervision. Previous baking experience is not necessary, as we provide 6 to 8 weeks of training.
