Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced trainer to develop and conduct product training programs for employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conferring with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training.
- Coodinating training schedules with hiring and training demands.
- Formulating teaching outlines and determining instructional methods.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of course materials and receive feedback from internal customers.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At least two years of medical surveillance training experience.
- Experience training CPR/respiratory protection, Fit-Testing, PFT and/or MEQ.
Strong computer skills, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis position requires frequent sitting, standing, reaching, and walking. You must also be able to lift up to 75 pounds and distinguish between colors. Work is performed in office and open-air workspaces with exposure to varying temperatures.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, direct hire employment opportunity with flexible hours. Overnight travel may be required, and additional hours may be needed.
Qualification RequirementsPlease note that this position requires a clean driving record, ability to drive a company vehicle, pass a background check, and pass a drug screen.
