Pape' Machinery, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Advisor to join their Agriculture & Turf Division in Yakima, WA.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient management of service department work orders.
- Oversight of service and warranty work orders.
- Assist in shop workflow and check-in equipment for repairs.
- Excellent customer experience provision.
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn new computer programs.
- Superb customer relations and communication skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Papé Machinery offers a competitive pay scale based on skills, training, and experience level, ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
