Direct Support Professional 3

Bridgewell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to develop their skills and foster independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote skill development and independence.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and support provided.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
