Omni Inclusive is seeking a skilled Semiconductor Fabrication Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced semiconductor fabrication environment. As a Semiconductor Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for processing wafers and other substrates through various steps, including plating, lithography, wet and dry etch, clean, thin film vacuum deposition, packaging, and other processes.

You will identify, communicate, and solve problems while working closely with Engineers, Scientists, and Inventors. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process wafers and/or other substrates through semiconductor-like processing steps.
  • Handle small sensitive parts with good dexterity.
  • Learn to operate new tools and chemical processing steps.
  • Identify sources of variability and yield impact based on technical knowledge.
  • Work independently and as a good team player.

Additional Requirements:

  • Accurately document and summarize data and process steps.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
