About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Guitar Craftsman to join our team in Colfax, NC. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional craftsmanship and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and build strong relationships
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned equipment and complete warranty repairs in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A skilled understanding of repairing guitars and related musical instruments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer
