Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to achieve business objectives
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and food safety
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
