We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant in Columbia, SC.
OverviewSoliant is a leading provider of allied health professionals and offers a unique opportunity for Speech Therapists to work with students in a school-based setting. Salary & BenefitsThis role comes with a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $65,000 to over $90,000 per year. Job DescriptionAs a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with speech and language disorders. Your duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs across all environments
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid South Carolina state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
